Suite curata in ogni minimo dettaglio, accoglienza stupenda iniziata anche prima del mio arrivo. Personale splendido. Camera pulitissima e accogliente. Sicuramente una bella esperienza!!

L'area interna splendidamente decorata è molto suggestiva, mentre l'area esterna gode di una vista invincibile e il lago riflette lo scenario notturno, tutti con vista panoramica.🥰🥰🥰

Excellent location, fab views. Right in between a huge Carrefour and a bunch of excellent cafes and restaurants. Walking distance from the pier for nearby villages. Comfy bed, huge and clean bathroom.||But amenities could be a little more generous. 2 capsules of coffee for a 4 night stay was a bit less.

Gorgeous room with direct view of Lago Como. Perfectly located on warfront but away from busy central area (5 min walk). Best food is to water then turn right. Many tours are available from here. For the newcomer, the Lake (ferries) is the main avenue of transportation - quicker and much cheaper than taxis. The ferries run like a train system from various piers to points around the Lake.
In fact, Taxis are somewhat hard to come by. We are thankful to Gaby Lakes staff for assisting in this on our departure, as we would have never made our train otherwise.

Beautiful rooms in a secure building which is very well located for Lake Como. The room decor is well thought out. We had the Faro lighthouse room which had a nice view of the mountains from a balcony seating area. The bed was comfortable and shower was great.
There is a supermarket around the corner which is handy and also a good take out pizza place if you want to eat in.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and wanted to ensure we had a great stay - which we did. 🙂

Beautifully decorated! My favourite part of the room was the bathroom - so spacious and modern, with a powerful shower. Really liked that it has a small balcony too, perfect for some fresh air. The location itself was fantastic, with a train station just next door, bus stop to plenty of routes just underneath, Carrefour in the same building and the ferry terminal just 5 mins down the road. The room was quiet and honestly it was the best stay in the 3 hotels I stayed in this trip (we went to Pisa and Milan also). Stefano was really helpful, thanks for looking after us!

3 nights Darsena room. Beautiful room, good location, nice toilet with rain shower, good location, provides neck support pillow and fantastic view.

Areas for improvement:
1. Recommend to replace coffee capsules daily for the machine provided. Stayed for 3nights and I don’t have coffee for day 2 and 3. Machine uses unique capsule which I dont own one at home so no point for me to purchase my own capsule.
2. Hot water for shower seems to run out quickly.
