Words aren’t enough to describe our stay at aLone. If I can give you just one word of advice as it pertains to Aniello’s home in Amalfi it would be this: Go. We’ve never experienced a home so beautiful and well-kept. We’ve never walked out on a veranda to take in such picturesque scenery. And I would be extremely remiss if I didn’t mention the host himself: Aniello was the most gracious, helpful, kind host I’ve ever met. He was communicative right away upon booking, helped us arrange transportation and our itinerary, was waiting for us when we arrived and helped carry bags up the stairs (there are a lot, so you need to be mobile to reach the home, but I’m not super physically fit and was able to climb them just fine). At the home, he showed us the space, the gardens for our use, and homemade limoncello waiting as well as fresh fruit, pasta, and wine. He checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we were doing okay and answered any questions we had. He gave us advice on what to explore and what to not waste time on (make sure you take his suggestion of visiting Ravello and the private beach!). Honestly, the Amalfi coast is a dream, but Aniello and his home make it one you never want to leave.

This place is absolutely phenomenal! I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. The views and the beauty of this place are out of this world!

Aniello is an amazing host and he and his family thought through every detail. He greeted us in person and even helped with bags and he went with my husband to help him return our rental car. Wow - absolutely above and beyond and not something we expected! He provided very detailed instructions on how to get to places and local recommendations along with bus tickets to get us started.

The house was recently renovated but it still has the charm that you would expect for this area. It was squeaky clean, well-appointed and just beautiful all around.

The garden deserves a separate mention. In addition to the stunning views, it has lemon trees, vegetables and flowers. Aniello shared lemons and herbs from the garden with us which we appreciated. He also provided homemade limoncello, local wine, pasta and breakfast items.

Aniello's home was even more beautiful than the pictures. It was conveniently located, about a 15 minute walk into the town of Amalfi. And Aniello was an amazing host. We couldn't have been more pleased.

Our stay at Alone Amalfi felt so surreal. It's like discovering a slice of paradise on earth.

Upon arrival, we were welcomed by an absolutely breathtaking view and a captivating villa. Every part of the house has been beautifully restored and is meticulously maintained.

Mr. Aniello, the owner, stands out as the most accommodating, considerate, and gracious host I've ever encountered, despite my extensive travels. He consistently surpasses expectations in guiding and aiding us in every possible way.

The gesture of sharing freshly picked fruits and garden-fresh rocket for salad was incredibly thoughtful and kind of both Mr. Aniello and his wife. Additionally, they generously provided fruits, water, biscuits, an assortment of beverages, and even a bottle of wine, ensuring the villa was well-equipped for our comfort.

Our only regret is not being able to extend our stay. We express our deepest gratitude to Mr. & Mrs. Aniello for their kindness and for creating such an unforgettable experience during our stay.

We wholeheartedly recommend Alone Amalfi to anyone seeking an exceptional and memorable vacation.

Everything about this absolute dream of a place near Amalfi was magnificent the attention to detail was unbelievable.
The house is very spacious and modern and very tastefully furnished. The kitchen is well equipped, nothing is missing in the whole house. The beds are also very good.
The view from the house to the sea and to Amalfi is absolutely breathtaking!
Agnello, the lovable host, is extremely helpful, is always available with advice and action and has lovingly built and maintained the house. We felt very welcome and comfortable.
The garden, the terrace, the style of the rooms... everything is just a dream.
The 180 or so steps to the house are quite a challenge, but they are definitely worth it.
