Siamo stati 4 notti nella struttura Ardesia 4, è veramente uno schifo. Pavimenti vecchi e sporchi, tende che fanno venire il vomito solo a guardarle, il bagno in situazione pessima. Il soffitto del bagno è pieno di muffa con pezzi della stessa che tendono a staccarsi, copriwather rotto, bidet sganciato da un lato e qualsiasi cosa 'è in bagno è arrugginita e sporca. Sotto il letto c'erano addirittura noccioline dell'ospite precedente. Le foto dell'appartamento sono ingannevoli. Bocchettoni di aspirazione pieni di polvere e sporchissimi. Aspetto la risposta della proprietaria dell'appartamento per pubblicare tutte le foto dello stesso. Credetemi meglio andare a dormire in un ostello.

Sono stato loro ospite. La disponibilità è stata senza pari. Ho chiamata la sera tardi al mio arrivo, la signora non ha esitato a raggiungerci per risolvere i problemi di accesso. Grande rispetto per una attenzione e cura del genere, che è peraltro proseguita fino alla partenza. Sopra le mie aspettative

Good:
- Quiet area, condominium style, which promotes security.

Bad:
- I paid 35 euros for cleaning and for 4 nights my room was not cleaned once, the sheets were never changed and I had the same towels since the 1st day. There was a lady who did the cleaning but apparently she only cleaned the kitchen and shared bathroom (my room had a private bathroom).

- The bathroom needs updating, the bathtub drain was blocked, I had to stop showering several times so that the water could drain and only then could I shower again. When I asked the person in charge about this issue, she just told me that it was normal and that I had to wait for the water to drain instead of resolving the situation. The old shower head dripped water onto the rest of the bathroom floor and the shower itself was super narrow (photo attached)

-Under the blankets there was hair when we arrived.

-They put 2 single beds together to make 1 double, but during the night the beds separated because they were not fixed and there was a hole in the middle, making it super uncomfortable.

- The shared kitchen did not have a microwave.

La casa es una auténtica decepción. Nada que ver con las fotos.
Al llegar la señora que nos dio las llaves llegó 20 min tarde dejándonos esperar en la calle.
Nuestro hijo tenía que dormir en el sofá cama del salón y el edredón estaba asqueroso, lleno de manchas amarillas con lo que tuvo que dormir con nosotros del asco que nos dio.
La escribimos a la mañana siguiente para pedirle un cambio de edredón y de la ropa de cama y nos dijo que estaba limpio de lavandería cosa q no podía ser cierta por el aspecto que tenía. No nos dió ninguna solución y no se molestó lo más mínimo en solucionar el problema.
Eso sí nos cobró las tasas y la limpieza del apartamento que era lo único que la importaba.
En el menaje de cocina no teníamos más que 4 vasos y 4 tazas y eso que éramos 5 y lo sabían. La cocina daba asco así que todas las comidas las hicimos fuera.
4 sillas en la mesa del salón y una supletoria muy baja.
El baño con moho y el suelo de la ducha sucio.
No podemos decir ninguna cosa buena del apartamento pero si prevenir a todo aquel que lea nuestra opinión para que no le ocurra lo mismo...
Una decepción el apartamento así como el trato recibido.
Un séptimo piso con un ascensor muy pequeño en el que sólo cambiamos 3 personas.
Por favor, no reservéis vuestras vacaciones en este apartamento ya que os arrepentiriais como nosotros.

Świetna lokalizacja (naprzeciwko przystanku autobusowego) obok duży market spożywczy, bardzo ciche. Słoneczne, na 7 piętrze. Doĵazd na lotnisko Ciampino spod budynku w mniej niż godzinę za 1,5Euro. Przestronne pokoje, czysto. To co bym poprawił to: niskie ciśnienie ciepłej wody w prysznicu (trzeba równocześnie włączyć wodę w kuchni żeby terma zaczęła grzać), poza tym brak kieliszków na wino, niedziałającą zmywarka, deska sedesowa ma swoje lata, zagracony balkon. Ale sumarycznie zdecydowanie na plus, bardzo dobra relacja jakość/cena, polecam jako ekonomiczna opcja pobytu w Rzymie dla 5-osobowej rodziny. Dziękuję Laurze za możliwość pozostawienia bagażu po wymeldowaniu.

Ansich ein nettes Wohnhaus in guter Lage. Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Appartement in der 3. Etage.
Im Schlafzimmer war eine Nachttischlampe defekt, Deckenbeleuchtung gab es gar nicht. Keine Bettwäsche. Nur ein dünnes Laken unter der Decke, die sicher nicht nach jedem Gast gewaschen wird.
Zum Schlafen ansich ist es aber in Ordnung.
Ein Alptraum war das zum Zimmer gehörende Badezimmer auf dem Flur. Abgesehen davon, dass alles schon recht abgenutzt war, wurde hier schon sehr lange nicht mehr geputzt. Die gläserne Ablage am Waschbecken unter dem Spiegel ist weggebrochen und hängt schief, darauf befanden sich Staub und Dreck, sicher schon mehrere Wochen alt. Die zweite Glasablage über den Handtuchhaltern sah nicht besser aus, war aber immerhin heile. Ebenso kaputt, war die Beleuchtung am Spiegel. Ab und zu sah man Silberfische durch das Bad flitzen, überall in den Ecken Dreck. Man traute sich nicht, einen nackten Fuß auf die Fliesen zu setzen. Man ekelte sich in die Dusche und wieder raus zu steigen.
Duschen war das nächste Problem. So gut wie kein Wasserdruck und nur sehr kurze Zeit warmes Wasser. Gut, dass es nur ein Kurzurlaub war. Ein Hoch auf Trockenshampoo, Haarewaschen wäre wohl eine Tagesaufgabe geworden in dieser Dusche...
Den Wohnbereich haben wir nicht genutzt, da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren. Es scheint dort aber alles notwendige vorhanden zu sein und ist einigermaßen sauber. Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon zum Innenhof. Der dient anscheinend mehr als Abstelllager. Dort steht unter anderem eine offenbar defekte, ausrangierte Waschmaschine.
Als Ausgangspunkt für Tagestouren eine gute Unterkunft, allerdings halten die Bilder nicht, was sie versprechen.

Lorsque nous avions réservé nous pensions à une chambre d’hôtel. Finalement c’est un appartement avec 3 chambres en colocation.
Pas de soucis particulier, nous n’avons que très peu vu nos colocataires car nous étions tous en extérieur là journée.

Nous avions la chambre 1 avec salle de bain à l’extérieur de la chambre mais réserve uniquement pour nous.
Nous avons pu faire nos petit déjeuner tout les matins grâce à la cuisine.

Bemol pour le bruit car l’immeuble est très ma isolé et nous entendions nos voisins du dessus tout les soirs. Prévoyez des bouchons d’oreilles.

Nous allions en bus vers l’hyper centre (10min environ) , je recommande donc pour les petits budgets qui ne sont pas en recherche d’intimité.

The cleanliness of the room was terrible, the upstairs of the room was always screaming which did not allow us to rest, the mattress and the sheets were dirty since we arrived, the bathroom was also dirty, the drain is not working at all so you are unable to take a shower
